A Little Bit About Me
I am a licensed trauma therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families on their healing journey. My work is grounded in the belief that no matter what you’ve been through, healing and growth are always possible when you feel seen, safe, and supported.
My clinical background spans a wide range of settings, including inpatient and outpatient treatment for substance use, eating disorders, and complex mental health challenges. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how trauma and early life experiences shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
In my private practice, I specialize in helping clients heal from attachment wounds and trauma rooted in early relationships with primary caregivers. I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and experiential therapy into my work, and I am expanding my training with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to offer even deeper avenues of healing.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to explore your story, process painful experiences, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Healing is not about “fixing” what is broken—it is about reclaiming your wholeness, finding freedom from old patterns, and building a life rooted in connection, hope, and authenticity.
